A few years ago, I had the opportunity to visit and photograph Monet’s Garden in the Spring with my husband. Monet’s Garden is planted with the same floral species today that inspired his famous works of art.
Some of Monet’s paintings depict this iconic bridge providing a walkway over the lake which facilitates a connection point for visitors to experience fully the beauty of the environment. The lake filled with water lilies is surrounded by exquisite gardens with flowers from all the colours of the rainbow.
This whole experience enveloped my senses. As I observed and experienced the beauty which surrounded me it impacted my heart and brought a deep sense of joy and delight.
As a Floral Designer since 2006 I have been privileged to work with many clients bringing colour and beauty to their environment. I have also experienced how enlivening reception areas with flowers can create positive feedback and a sense of delight.
